This warranty will protect your home from structural defects for 30 years after the date of your Practical Completion inspection. It covers your home from structural failure, specifically the foundation and any structural members/components of the timber wall frames and the roof framing, slab, piers and footings but does not include structural failure due to misuse or neglect, environmental factors, natural causes, poor site drainage or any modifications. The 30 Year Structural Guarantee is specific to the owners named in the building contract and is not transferable to subsequent owners of the home.
